A subtle message to ISIS

MARSOC

“As I sit here constantly hearing and watching you execute innocent men, women and children in the Middle East I chuckle. Why do I chuckle you may ask? Well let me explain something to you cowardice fools who think you are so tough behind all your propaganda videos. You are scaring a population that doesn’t know how to fight, you’re bullying the weak. You say Islam is the religion of peace, but since when does terrorizing the innocent and beheading men, women and children constitute peace? WTF? But keep in mind, what did Saddam’s troops do when we came rolling into town? They surrendered, twice… So all your empty threats of coming to America and raising your flag over the White House amuse me more than any of you sick, sadistic bastards could ever imagine or comprehend. In 2012 there was about 21.2 million veterans in the United States. Do you understand what that means? Let me break it down for you. That means there are literally millions of disgruntled, dysfunctional, pissed off veterans who have been dealing with years of abuse from their government stabbing them in the backs and having to watch their friends die because you Islamic extremist idiots can’t seem to act like normal human beings and stop terrorism and the violence. It’s one thing to take over an Islamic state, but if my memory serves me correctly, I’m pretty sure we plowed through Fallujah in 4 days. Better yet, it took us about month to control your entire country. At this point, with 13+ years of war under our belts, how long do you think it would take us to do it all over again? I’ll let you draw your own conclusions on that one. Do you really think you stand a chance on US soil? Do you really think it would be smart to poke that bear? Remember, never bite the hand that feeds you. Remember we are armed to the teeth in the US and I can promise you this… the Geneva Conventions will not apply to you. You attack us and there will be no mercy. We will bring the righteous hand of God down upon you and crush you. The ball is in your court now ISIS. We are more than ready to arrange your so called “meeting” with your 72 virgins and send you to your “prophet” Mohamed.”

  4. I’m Muslim and I totally agree that ISIS needs to be wiped out. They are a stain on our religion and I don’t consider them to be Muslim. They kill innocent people and have no remorse. Furthermore, they won’t have a meeting with 72 virgins, they’ll be licked by the fires of hell.

But it does depress me how much hatred there is against Islam when their only exposure is to the extremist fundamentalist groups who are only Muslim by name, not in action.

The original KKK stemmed had Christian roots and believed that Jesus was the first Klansman (look it up).

Some Christians who disagree with abortions have killed doctors who perform abortions, which could be considered small-scale terrorism.

Westboro Baptist Church, while they seem to be harmless, have ideologies that most Christians would disagree with.

That doesn’t mean that every Christian is like that, it just means that some people take things to extremes.

A little less than a century ago, Germany was executing Jews left and right. That doesn’t mean that present-day Germans are antisemetic.

We should all be judged by our individuality and actions, not by our labels, nor what our ancestors have done.

Of course, this probably falls on deaf ears, so I might be wasting my time. But just something to think about.

    1. Rasheed ~ A very piss poor comparison based on your twisted logic, in one hand you are “publicly” condemning ISAS, on the other hand, by trying to compare their actions to Christianity and calling Christ “Klansman” (I guess you read it in one of the Jehadi websites), you are condoning them. Nothing that Christians have done can come close to what these animals are doing in the name of the Allah, in the name of Islam. Where is the outcry of the so called “moderate” Muslims like you, whose religion is “supposedly kidnapped” by these idiots? Rasheed, like or not, these people are the face of Islam, and until the so called “moderates” rise up and defend their “peaceful” religion, they will continue to be the face of your religion. Furthermore, if you read the real history, not the Jehadi websites, you will find that similar tactics were used the Muslims thought the history, especially by the Ottomans.

      4. I’m a christian and I have to say that this statement is false. Terrorists who believed they were Christians have committed genocide in Africa for years. And lets not forget about the Crusades. They may have called themselves soldiers but they murdered civilians and militants all the same in the name of the Christian faith. I in no way shape or form agree with anything ISIS does and I really do hope the writer of this article kills as many of them as he can. But lets get one thing clear these mother fuckers are not true followers of Islam. They distort the Koran and take very minute versus from it completely out of context to justify their madness. Comparing them to true muslims is like comparing the perpetrators of the African genocide to true faithful christians who actually read and follow the Bible. Failure to see the distinction between these TERRORISTS and true followers of Islam is truly part of the problem and often creates more extremists in the future.

I think what he is saying is that you cant attack people for there religion not all muslims are doing these things and its true. I spent 68 months in Afghanistan and iraq if you deal with these people you would see how they are tought to beleive that the war is for alla but the leaders know its about money that allows weapons to be purchased. Most think bin laden was afghani but really he was from saudi and banned from his own country. He teamed up with talaban to gain support of his extreme beliefs the talaban is one of the largest drug organization out there. So when we took over Afghanistan the talaban was on board to get us out . The war is with afghans not muslims muslims is a religion not a person same as christians its a religion not a person

I work on the “strike first, before it gets to you doorstep” philosophy. Because let’s face it, we should have done it to the nazis, and look what happened when we didn’t. Kill these evil fuckers with a wrath that will cause them to think twice about bringing down on them again. Can’t Leave the kurds and Iraqis currently doing battle to just twist in the wind, because if they don’t manage to survive it, we lose all footholds in the area.

      8. I’m an Australian born Christian and former Veteran Soldier. And we all need to wake up and have good look at our selves. Its easy to judge others and be ignorant of our own crimes. None of us are innocent. Certainly not the Christian leaderships history with little boys, and the dark ages were they beheaded, burnt at the stake and drowned those they feared.

Christian extremism is greatest of all in USA and this is clear to any outsider from your.

People fear that which they are ignorant to and of losing the power they foolishly think they have and wish to last forever.

If we accept change instead of fearing it and lead by example we can crush the hatred and fear by focusing on those we can influence positively. This extremism will become extinct on both sides of the fence if we are not drawn into foolish battles at the cost of good human lives.

Nature and good over evil will cleans such filth from the earth.

Their will be casualties, but we need to look at the bigger long term picture.

Death, anger and fear does not resolve death, anger and fear. It only creates more on foreign soil or at home. Any soldier knows this.

Peace is found in understanding and forgiveness. Any true Christian, Muslim or Good Happy person knows this. :)

    2. Dear Rashid, If all Muslims think like you and criticize wrong actions by your fellow Muslims may be in few years, you religion might be reformed. You must know that your religion from the day your prophet Mohd preached expanded not because those people believed what your prophet said but only because of executions followed when they refused to embrace Islam. So present day fundamental Muslims are only practising what your prophet practised in 7th century. Remember any religion which lives by sword has to die by sword.

I have deployed to several countries and yes I met assholes there but also met many very good people and hope that they and their family’s are doing well with everything that is going on. So regardless of your faith act right or you will burn in all eternity regardless of your maker. As for Rasheed that posted this thank you for your wisdom. We need more people in this world that have the common sense to not judge by a persons faith but by their character. My ears are not def and I hope a lot of others start to listen.

    5. Sir
The reason for the hatred towards Islam is fairly simple. When the KKK/Westboro morons speak out and commit unbecoming acts, real Christians speak out against them. You, however, are the first Muslim I have seen speak out against the ISIS. Why is this? 1.8 billion Muslims in the world and only one speaks out? Where are the demonstrations against the ISIS? A supposed video insulting Islam comes out and there are violent riots worldwide. Yet, a group of people are running around the middle east commiting murder and the Muslim mass’ are silent? Your silence is consent. Intel from around the world, including pakastani intel, suggests radical islam is about 25% of the population. Thats roughly 250 million people. Yet the other 1.6 billion muslims refuse to condem them? I believe you have a firm understanding of whythe hatred I running rampant. If you want to change the way your people are viewed, then you will have to change your actions.

      3. Yes, Steven, on the nose. This is exactly what I have been saying. In my FB stream I saw video after video and pictures regarding what is happening is in Israel/Palestine to Muslims by the Jews. I had Christian Muslim and Jewish friends all supporting this being outraged and distraught at what they had seen openly posting things on FB, there was a March in London it was huge. Then along came one video I found from a friend showing me what ISIS are doing and it broke my heart. I am so gutted to see no mention of this or support from anyone it’s all brushed under the table, not a whiff of it on FB. It makes my blood boil that people are almost well not almost they actually are not interested, there seems to be apathy where this is concerned?!? Why? Where on earth is the Muslim condemnation for this? I believe some people are scared to stand up for what they belive in for fear or retribution. It’s heartbreaking and infuriating. But I hold up my hand, aside from talking about it with friends and posting one thing on FB what have I done?.

    6. Thank you for calling out Assholes and saying you do not consider them Muslim. Is that really all that hard? On that same note anyone killing in the name of Christianity hasn’t a clue what being a Christian is and should be called out as not being a Christian as the #1 rule is thou shalt not kill. I would have no issues calling out someone who claimed Christianity in the name of killing as not being Christian and that is what disturbs people who see a silent Muslim community not calling people out as not being Muslims when they commit heinous acts, they should be mad that their religion is being hijacked.

    11. Hold on a minute, here – first you say radical Islamic groups are a “stain” on your “religion”, yet BY ALL ACCOUNTS, “radical Islam” comprises the public majority / “brand” / “face” / and culture of your……”religion”. Show me the difference when the representative bodies of the Palestinians are Islamic terrorists organizations – who do not mince words under any forum (UN or otherwise) that they wish to “wipe out” Israel and then her supporters (i.e. USA). You try to justify your “reasoning” that your “religion” has been hijacked by a minority by comparing mere skirmished , if anything insignificant individuals (who , -obviously- were mentally disturbed- and used twisted religious interpretations to carry out single acts -never jeopardizing whole populations) – I think you need to re-evaluate your “logic”, here. The Spanish Inquisition? The German military? Nice try – it’s a FACT that Islamic states were working with Germany during WW1 & 2. It is also a FACT that a vast majority of Muslims are illiterate – they are basically stone age stupid, living out in far off villages , oppressed by hundreds of years of tribal backwards culture. At one time, Afghanistan was westernized and succeeding in advancing it’s cultural stamp on global MODERN existence. What happened? I’ll tell you what happened: you let the radicals in and guess what: instant oppression. Do I need to point out that not only is Islam a so called “religion” , but it is a culture – a culture bereft of oppression of women, young children, people of special needs, etc.. And you’re going to compare mere “blips” on the screen of time of some unfortunate tragedy committed by someone claiming to be a Christian? The KKK? It was a political organization which used Christianity as a tool of fear and brainwashing. The problem in that scenario was again: people were (and many still are!) uneducated and /or too lazy to really study the scriptures & what they say. There is no comparison: Islam is a religion (in the sense of the word that it is a control of mass populace via man’s idea in use of power to oppress. The ONLY supernatural aspect of Islam is that it is EVIL, straight from the pit of hell & Satan.)
You show me how I am wrong. The scriptures in Genesis talk about Ishmael’s decendants being against each other, as well as the world – the modern evidence is overwhelming. Sunni fight Shia . Constant bloodshed in Islamic cultures. What kind of a man would use a little boy as a sex OBJECT in order to not “offend Allah” in regards to allowing lust to forfeit his “entrance into heaven”, because he didn’t want to look lustfully at a woman? What kind of a man would literally KILL his own daughter in regards to “shaming” the family, and have it justified via Islamic “law” ? I’ll tell you what kind of a “man” : an absolute COWARD. A coward, just like the Muslims who -according to you! – claim radical Islam has hijacked your religion , yet DO NOTHING to take your religion back! At least the kingdoms & monarchies who tried had the right idea (King Hussein, The Shah etc..) they tried to eradicate the radicals, but the brainwashed populations allowed the radical groups to flourish – there is one common denominator in as to WHY that happened : demonic influence. Your “religion” is absolute evil. I suggest you leave it. As an aside – there is no evidence your “religion” is NOT evil, in the sense of a majority. You know it & I know it.

I am Christian and must not be held accountable for the actions of those before me. I just want to live my life in peace and have peace and safety for my family. I don’t care what god you choose to have faith in. That’s your business and it’s your life. Unfortunately, the blood will flow as long as Sharia law is forced upon the world. One more thing. The evil that men do, and have done, in the name of Christianity will have their reward on Judgement Day just like any other extremist.

Our Country needs its patriot warriors, but some who make blanket responses do so out of fear and/or ignorance and bravado. As you said, people (regardless of race or religion) should be judged independently by their actions. We have some knuckle headed people who sometimes can’t tell friend from foe. I’ve deployed to combat theaters in the middle east and have seen up close and personal both good and bad people. I don’t believe all muslims need to be wiped from the face of the earth, and I know most who’ve I’ve deployed with and have actually been in combat don’t think so either. I do believe radical jihadists do, the same way I think American rapists, murderers and child molesters should also be wiped from the earth without remorse or pity. Bottom line, I appreciate what you had to say as much as I do for Nick Powers initial message for ISIS. This country (and world) need more people of reason like you.

I know exactly what you mean, and everyone else here seems to be too preoccupied with protecting their precious beliefs to see it too. Islam truly teaches peace, and these people do not stand for that. But apparently everyone here would rather just deflect the blame straight to all Muslims for the actions of some. The person who state that “it’s just tradition” and “people only started following Islam did so because they were executing people who didn’t” has A. No proof B. A completely unfounded and untrue accusation. And while modern day Christian extremism is not as crazy/violent as ISIS (though they have their share of bomb makers), are we forgetting the crusades? Because like, you cooked and ate a whole village of people.

However, I digress. This shouldn’t be about religion. It shouldn’t be the “righteous hand of God” descending to crush them but the righteous hand of Lady Liberty. They shouldn’t be destroyed because of their belief in Allah, but because they are waging war, and because they are killing civilians left and right. But that’s just my 2 cents. I enjoy what little sanity I have left, so in the interest of retaining it, I won’t be returning to this comment thread.

First off this isn’t a subtle message at all, it is an invitation to compare militaries with a non existent nation state which doesn’t even have one, in other words, exactly what happened in Vietnam around say… 30 years ago. Second of all, this kind of dehumanizing is the mindset that can lead to genocide. As long as there are flag waving rednecks who don’t know the difference between a Messican and an Arab other than: one is slightly brown-er, the Empire of the United States will be on the decline. Acknowledge the fact that every person picking up a rifle and fighting for ISIS is probably doing the same thing that you uneducated people would in their shoes. The next step is to take the leaders from each party involved and sit them down, turn on the safety and engage in productive, thoughtful and intelligent discourse, not just a pissing contest. Grow up.

  14. Also, Jihad does not mean “holy war” like Fox News is so fond of reporting. It means struggle, from something as mundane as tying your shoes to something as complex as fighting an armed resistance against a foreign invasion force, something that should hit pretty close to home for you veterans out there.

  16. In all fairness to life and religion, religion is faith in and individual not by religion God gave you that right to express your fate in God as years and decades gone by all religious faction have practice hate and miss guided what the bible was written as, and yet all faction of religion has killed in the name of God. You can’t judge one group without judging the other and yet we do. God never intended for us to misused the bible all religion practice or did practice love not hate and yet it’s the biggest killer of them all what we need to teach is more love and not hate and teach each other the true meaning of life the bible and God if not we will annihilate each other into oblivion and no one wins except death hate me all you want or trash me but it’s my thought and I don’t agree killing off in the name of God because that is not what God wants.

  17. It’s ignorant to call Islam a viloent religion. That’s like punishing all the siblings when one acts out. All religions have had extremists thought history. Not to mention Christianity has the biggest body count of them all. Religions “terrorize” to branch out and gain power. You think people back during the inquisitions weren’t like ” oh fuck, these radical Christians are killing all these women and children”. ISIS needs to be stopped on a humanitarian level, not a religious one. What this group is doing is barbaric and uncivilized. Spouting on about how evil Islam is, gives them fuel to the war machine. Send us in, lets fucking kill them all, and be home for supper.

  19. Everyone please hold fire!!!

There is book titled “A God Who Hates” by Wafa Sultan, a Syrian female Arab who is a Doctor settled in California. It’s available on http://www.amazon.com I have read it and I suggest everyone try to read it -even Rashid or any other Muslim may please do so.

According to her the basics of Islam is based on a desert culture where survival of the fittest is the prime consideration. And enforcement of its ideals or philosophy is based on cruel ways of implementation.

The Koran is written in old Arabic and its understanding and interpretation depends and varies from one Mullah to another. The common Muslim recites the five prayers every day without even knowing or understanding what he or she recites. The English or any other language translations don’t exactly give the real meaning because there is no exact meaning for the old Arabic words.

The Koran justifies many actions to enforce Islamic norms which in modern times can be classified as criminal acts as per the prevailing International Laws and Human Right values or considerations. If Muslim countries have signed up with the United Nation Charter then a view can be taken to initiates actions against such highly radical groups. Will the majority international community support a unified action or will they be ‘thinking of vote bank politics as they do the Indian politicians’. The need of the hour is a strong world leader.

Basically the Koran was not written by Prophet Mohammad. It was compiled sixteen years after his death on the order of the first Caliph. He had sent one of the close associate of Mohammad to go and find out what all he preached. When he listed out everything 99% of it was rejected. The exercise had to be done all over again. It took them 200 years to finalize the Koran and even then there were several amendments before the Sunnis and Shias agreed that enough was enough.

Therefore if the Koran was amended in the past it could be amended even now to make it compatible with International values and standards.

May I take this opportunity to inform all the readers here that I met a Sikh Saint in Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab in India, during the mid-1960s. He predicted that by the turn of the Twentieth Century Muslims shall rise and there shall be much bombing and killing of innocent people. A war would rage all over the world on the western side of India.

It’s happening exactly as he predicted. His last prediction was that then Islam shall finish.
Well, some may consider this farfetched and the hardcore Islamist may ridicule the idea but a new system always comes up upon the ruins of the old one. There is a story in the old scriptures of the Hindus which says that the Demons and the Demigods churned the ocean using the Sumer mountain as a churner. Both, Ambrosia as well as Poison came out of the churning process.

Our society in the world over is like a massive ocean. We are churning it –some are playing the role of Demons and others are like the Demigods. Who is who is difficult to discern. The coming of Ambrosia -which in Indian religions is called Amrit or the Nectar of Immortality- would be the good laws which are likely to be framed by the International Community. The poison would be the extreme ideas which many people from almost all faiths would propagate. Both are obvious to create a balance in nature just as day and night come and go.

So let us bear with this difficult time. To stay away from this calamity the Sikh faith, to which I belong, propagates good deeds, singing the praises of God Almighty and reciting His Name. For more about us you may kindly visit my blog http://dontmistakemeforamuslim.wordpress.com/

May good sense prevail all over our small world!

  20. Do not judge a whole religion based off of what some do, you are all filled with hatred because that’s what the US wants , I know many people from Saudia Arabia, Jordan, Turkey, and the Middle West in general nod they are all wonderful people, so think before you judge

  21. I find post like these very ironic and interesting.
I can understand your pride for country and wanting to rid the world of evil – I can’t fathom how much pride, as I haven’t served and have no intention to.

What I find really interesting is the constant violence vs violence idea. What is that going to solve? So, you go hunt and kill someone because they killed someone you don’t know and made comments about your country? And when that is all said and done what then? You’ll go home all happy and feel like you did good for the world? Like a puppet on strings.

First problem is religion – not the morals each one teaches but the religious side of it when we start getting into my god is better than your god, my book of truth is the only book of truth, if you don’t do these certain things then you are going to be excluded by us and because you won’t do things our way we’ll tell everyone to that you’re bad.
Really? That’s what kids do on the play ground…..a lot of the time your kids actually have more intelligence than you adults.

You know the real enemy and the ones you should be fighting are the ones in those big government buildings.
Who brainwashes you into thinking your country needs you? They do
Who trains you up to fight who, what, where and when they want? They do
Who pays you so you have to rely on them? They do
Who creates conflict internationally and intentionally so you have a job to go and do so they can pay you more and keep you under control? They do
Who reaps all the benefits of sending you to kill others? They do
Who doesn’t care about you and if you get killed will use your death as another propaganda filled reason to fill your place with two more people like you? They will

A real human can put their ego down and step outside of their narrow minded self and see things from a broader perspective. See that, other than superficial satisfaction and an ego boost, you get absolutely nothing in return for being sent to do someone else’s dirty work so they can earn more money.

You do know why they create all this intentionally conflict over seas for you to go and be a ‘hero’ at, don’t you?
So you won’t see what’s going on back home in your own country, in your own back yard.

    Time to wake up.
